Size guide
Inside the arm of most frames are three numbers, in millimetres. They are the frame’s size, and they let you compare any frame with the glasses you already wear comfortably.
The three numbers
They are printed like this: lens width, a square, the bridge, then the arm length.

- Lens width
Lens width
The width of one lens from edge to edge. This is the number that sets the frame’s size.
- Bridge
Bridge
The gap between the lenses, over your nose. A frame that pinches wants a wider bridge; one that slides wants a narrower one.
- Arm length
Arm length
From the hinge to the end of the arm behind the ear. Most arms are 135 to 150 mm.

Find your size from your glasses
- Take a pair you wear comfortably and read the numbers inside the arm.
- No numbers? Measure one lens across its widest point with a ruler, in millimetres.
- Choose a frame whose lens width is within 2 mm of that.
Quick tips
- For comfort on the nose, the bridge matters more than the lens width.
- A frame that fits is about as wide as your face, with your eyes near the middle of the lenses.
- Any frame marked “Virtual try-on” can be tried on with your camera before you order.
